What you'll do

• Develop and maintain client relationships
• understand customer operations and identify support opportunities
• connect clients with field and in-shop welding, structural repair, precision machining, custom fabrication, and wear-part rebuilding
• respond to complaints and resolve problems
• identify opportunities across labor, parts, financing, rental, equipment management, welding, and machining
• maintain client machine-population data in CRM
• manage budgets and forecasts
• coordinate with other departments.
