What you'll do

• Manage daily production against schedules and safety, quality, and cost goals
• lead shift production meetings and address production gaps
• monitor workflow and prevent bottlenecks
• apply lean tools and 5-S
• maintain SOPs, work instructions, and production records
• oversee shop-floor safety, cleanliness, equipment changeovers, and quality checks
• coach and train employees.
