What you'll do

• Coordinate project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes
• maintain change-order and document-control logs
• coordinate with subcontractors on required documentation and drawings
• establish job files
• assist with workflow planning, billing, budgets, payroll information, and schedule updates
• assume temporary project supervision when the Project Manager is absent.
