What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures
• monitor access points and verify credentials, including TWIC cards, and delivery appointments
• maintain visitor and contractor logs
• direct authorized personnel and vehicles
• observe inbound and outbound traffic and report irregularities
• respond to incidents according to protocols
• and conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, operations, and perimeter areas.
