What you'll do

• Handle employee-relations escalations
• lead and document workplace investigations
• coach managers on performance management and corrective action
• partner with the HR Director and legal counsel on high-risk matters
• maintain case records and monitor trends
• develop manager resources and training
• coach HR team members
• advise on HR issues involving leave, accommodations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and operations
• support policy updates, organizational change, workforce planning, and HR technology use.
