Children's Residential Cottage Therapist

What you'll do

• Assess clients' therapeutic needs and strengths
• provide individual and group therapy and crisis counseling
• meet with the Cottage Supervisor and document discussions
• debrief staff and provide psychoeducation
• complete clinical documentation and recommendations
• coordinate psychiatric and psychological services
• participate in referrals, interviews, and intake assessments
• develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans
• collaborate with shift supervisors and treatment teams
• provide client and staff training
• be available as appropriate to meet resident needs, including face-to-face or interactive video support.

Why this role
