What you'll do

• Assist eligible Ryan White clients with health insurance enrollment and the Access Medical Discount Program
• process premium and cost-sharing assistance
• educate participants on eligibility, benefits, and services
• track appointments and program compliance
• process referrals and client inquiries
• track funding and approved payments
• prepare reports
• maintain accurate records and protect health information under HIPAA
• and schedule enrollment appointments and follow up with clients.
