The Electrical Design Engineer – Low-Voltage Power Systems role is onsite in Houston, TX, with work split between the engineering office and manufacturing floor. What you'll do

  • Design low-voltage motor control centers, switchboards, and switchgear
  • engineer lineups, replacement buckets, retrofit assemblies, and modifications
  • develop standardized designs
  • create diagrams, schematics, layouts, bills of material, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD Electrical
  • support transition to EPLAN
  • ensure compliance with UL standards, NEC requirements, and customer specifications
  • collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and fabrication technicians
  • support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, estimating, project management, and sales.
