What you'll do

• Complete service requests and maintain required paperwork
• install appliances and HVAC items
• diagnose and repair electrical circuits, HVAC systems, and appliances
• analyze and repair refrigeration systems
• repair plumbing
• complete work orders in ServUS Connect
• perform basic carpentry
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• replace locks, switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• maintain curb appeal
• participate in on-call duties and inclement-weather maintenance.
