Assistant Store Manager, Laundry Retail Operations

What you'll do

• Participate in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, employee development, scheduling, and payroll management
• ensure policies and procedures support customer satisfaction
• maintain store safety and cleanliness
• audit preventive maintenance and document building or equipment issues
• maintain retail presentation and inventory
• train employees in sales and upselling
• audit wash/dry/fold logs and address customer concerns
• participate in promotional programs and ensure procedures are followed.
