What you'll do

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• discuss repairs and work procedures with the shop foreman or service advisor
• communicate additional service requests and labor estimates
• monitor repair time and provide updates
• document client repairs
• follow vehicle-care policies and applicable regulations
• assist in mentoring trainees
• attend company and factory training.
