What you'll do

• Lead and supervise approximately 25 manufacturing employees
• assign and coordinate daily work
• help employees interpret assembly drawings and resolve production challenges
• promote a Zero Harm safety culture
• maintain workmanship and quality standards
• investigate process nonconformances
• partner with engineering on process and layout improvements
• support workforce planning, labor forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
• train and coach employees
• maintain attendance and timekeeping records
• collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations and labor matters.
