What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff
• carry out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter
• monitor access points
• report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy concerns
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed
• document patrols, incidents, and observations.
