What you'll do

• Service Mitsubishi laser cutting systems at customer sites
• assess issues, troubleshoot, and complete repairs
• perform mechanical and electrical procedures including teardown, rebuild, alignment, and adjustments
• provide phone-based remote support
• communicate diagnostics, schedules, and outcomes
• use schematics and diagrams to identify root causes
• maintain service records and expense reports
• keep tools, test equipment, and service vehicles ready
• travel extensively Monday–Friday.
