What you'll do

• Lead a crew of a lead and two installers
• perform insulation and weatherization work including air and duct sealing, vent installation, blown cellulose, batt insulation, and door weather stripping
• use insulation blowing equipment
• organize assigned tasks and solve problems
• travel frequently within the assigned territory
• work 7:15 a.m.–4:15 p.m. daily and additional hours as required.
