What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, secure, structured milieu
• provide non-clinical listening, crisis intervention, and answers to non-clinical questions
• document and report client activity and behavior
• perform or report facility maintenance needs
• complete administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting guests, chart reviews, copying, and filing
• transport clients to offsite activities as needed
• participate in supervision and training
• facilitate required groups and activities
• complete shift-change reports.
