Desktop Support Technician

The Desktop Support Technician is an onsite position based in Pearl Harbor, HI, with a pay rate of $33.02 to $34 per hour. This role supports the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NGEN) program. The role exists to provide direct desk-side support to customers. By troubleshooting and repairing IT devices, the technician ensures the functionality of shore-based networks and data management systems.

What you'll do

• Manage the resolution of customer tickets according to Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
• Serve as backup to the Site Operations Lead.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user computer hardware and software issues.
• Resolve local and networked Multi-Function Devices and printers.
• Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues.
• Ensure customer-related tasks are completed within established timelines.
