What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
• support meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and shopping
• provide companionship and respite
• escort clients to appointments and outings as specified in care plans
• monitor client safety and report unsafe conditions
• participate with the Client Care Team.
