The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Wadesboro, NC, with a shift from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay starts at $40.00 per hour and is based on experience. Wadesboro Health & Rehab Center is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility focused on quality resident care. The RN assesses residents’ needs, develops individualized care plans, administers and evaluates nursing care, and supervises nursing assistants and other personnel. The role supports safe, high-quality care by following applicable standards and facility policies, including infection-control practices. A current, unencumbered North Carolina RN license and current CPR certification are required.

What you'll do

• Assess resident needs

• follow federal, state, and local standards and facility nursing policies
• maintain health, sanitary, and infection-control practices. Requires a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work and current CPR certification
• basic computer and electronic health record skills required.
