The senior technical contributor and task-level project lead independently delivers pipeline design assignments and manages smaller projects or defined work packages. The role advances constructible, compliant waterline and sanitary sewer designs through technical decisions, stakeholder coordination, construction-phase support, and guidance to junior engineers and CADD designers.

What you'll do

• Lead and support planning, design, and delivery of municipal water distribution and sanitary sewer projects
• execute pipeline design tasks and develop criteria and alternatives
• prepare and review plans, specifications, estimates, and technical memoranda
• coordinate utilities, easements, right-of-way, and permitting
• manage assigned scope, schedule, and budget
• coordinate with clients and project partners
• support construction-phase services
• ensure regulatory compliance
• mentor junior engineers and CADD designers.
