What you'll do

• Lead receiving and in-store operations
• support expense, payroll, inventory shrinkage, and associate morale goals
• train receiving associates and assist with performance plans
• ensure safe and accurate customer and delivery load-out
• train associates in merchandise handling
• lead receiving and merchandising
• price products according to company guidelines
• follow receiving, replenishment, and shipping processes
• uphold safety policies
• assist with transactions, unloading trucks, loading customer vehicles, routing, staging, and housekeeping
• serve as a key carrier.
