The Material Handler / Forklift Operator role is onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI, and is available across first, second, and third shifts. Pay is $19.75 per hour on first shift, $21.00 per hour on second shift, and $21.10 per hour on third shift. Arandell’s plant operations include shipping, receiving, bindery, and pressroom work. The role moves materials throughout the plant, supplies production equipment, and supports shipping and bindery workflows. It also helps maintain accurate loads, recycling, and orderly work areas so production materials reach the appropriate departments.

What you'll do

• Move materials throughout the plant
• supply machines with specified materials and production supplies
• communicate job progress with Stitcher Operators
• remove packaging and waste
• sort pallets and move them to designated locations
• verify load flags and placards
• wrap completed loads
• transport loads to shipping or bindery
• recycle cardboard and plastic
• maintain a clean work area and truck.
