What you'll do

• Greet guests and distribute menus
• take food and beverage orders
• relay orders and special instructions to the kitchen
• serve meals
• check guest satisfaction and replenish water and butter
• suggest and serve desserts, coffee, and after-dinner drinks
• keep tables and dining room clean
• report complaints to a supervisor
• perform assigned side work, cleanup, and closing duties.
