What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations and staffing plans
• ensure menu items meet preparation, portion, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• maintain productivity and service standards
• oversee facility and equipment maintenance, safety, and security
• maintain inventory and ordering
• conduct staffing, training, and performance-review activities
• ensure accurate payroll, cash, receipts, food-cost, and expense data
• attend management meetings
• train and develop supervised personnel.
