What you'll do

• Develop, interpret, and enforce nursing standards and policies
• manage human and material resources
• ensure age-specific nursing care
• coordinate patient flow from admission to discharge
• serve as a clinical resource and support staff
• manage cost-effective operations, materials, overtime, and staffing mix
• provide direct surgical patient care as needed
• manage schedules, timekeeping, performance, coaching, and staff development
• ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
