What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to approved menus, recipes, and therapeutic diet guidelines
• ensure food is appealing and served at proper temperatures
• portion food
• monitor temperatures under HACCP guidelines
• prepare snacks
• assist with inventory
• label and store food
• maintain a sanitary kitchen
• report equipment issues and safety hazards
• protect resident confidentiality and rights.
