What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and staff

• handle cash, deposits, budgets, payroll, and financial reports
• resolve guest complaints
• coordinate food preparation and deliveries
• manage inventory, schedules, hiring, training, and performance
• order supplies and arrange equipment maintenance
• assist with food preparation or service when needed.
