Service Parts Associate – Level II

What you'll do

• Receive parts calls and assist walk-in customers
• complete paperwork and process cash, check, and credit card transactions
• address customer needs and escalate issues when needed
• source and locate parts or alternatives using systems and catalogs
• collaborate with technicians
• identify appropriate opportunities to upsell supporting products and services
• perform assigned stock, shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, and core-processing tasks
• follow health, safety, and environmental requirements.
