What you'll do

• Lead registrar functions for assigned exhibitions and collection rotations
• maintain exhibition records and prepare loan and shipping documents
• coordinate with lenders, partner institutions, couriers, and vendors
• manage packing, shipping, customs, and transportation
• coordinate courier travel
• oversee shipments and installations
• supervise art handlers and contractors
• maintain condition reports, artwork location records, and photographic documentation
• assist with indemnity applications
• track budget lines and advise staff on registrar procedures.
