Director of Talent Acquisition

Job overview

The Director of Talent Acquisition role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates on the West Coast and openness to qualified candidates elsewhere. The base compensation range is $160,000–$175,000 in U.S. average markets and $195,000–$220,000 in San Francisco and New York City markets. Rockbot is an omnichannel media platform focused on elevating experiences in real-world spaces through media technology. This player-coach leader will build a modern Talent Acquisition function, establish scalable recruiting operations, coach hiring managers, and personally lead high-impact searches. The role will embed AI and automation into recruiting workflows and use metrics and reporting to improve hiring quality and provide executives with visibility into recruiting performance.

What you'll do

• Build recruiting playbooks, systems, and operating rhythms
• integrate AI and automation into sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting
• develop recruiting dashboards
• coach hiring managers
• lead the recruiting team
• personally run critical executive, director-level, and other high-impact searches
• partner with executives and hiring managers
• use recruiting metrics to drive improvement.
