What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff
• supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit
• monitor and manage staff, provide feedback and evaluations, and administer performance counseling and discipline
• assume patient care as needed
• build relationships with patients and support their recovery.

Why this role

Current RN licensure required. BLS required; ACLS to be obtained within one year, and CRRN within a year of meeting eligibility requirements. Requires two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
