What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using standardized recipes and dietary needs
• follow production sheets, portioning, and temperature standards
• taste and present prepared food
• prepare meals for delivery
• clean the kitchen after preparation and service
• store or discard excess food safely
• maintain refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms
• label and date food
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• report maintenance needs and safety issues
• attend in-service and safety meetings
• follow HACCP and health and sanitation requirements.
