COMPASS Pathways develops investigational treatment options for mental health conditions, including treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. The role partners with Medical Affairs leadership to turn departmental priorities into coordinated plans and results. It supports cross-functional execution, operational improvements, and initiatives that advance the department’s work.

What you'll do

• Coordinate Medical Affairs projects from planning through execution and readout
• support leadership meetings and planning
• maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• facilitate cross-functional coordination
• improve workflows and operational processes
• support conference planning, insights integration, technology adoption, and external partner coordination.
