What you'll do

• Maintain the social media calendar and support Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• draft, schedule, and publish content
• coordinate assets and approvals
• monitor engagement and basic metrics
• support employee newsletters and intranet content
• create and update marketing materials
• coordinate printing, ordering, and distribution
• capture basic photography and short-form video
• coordinate workflows, vendor orders, invoices, and production timelines
• maintain marketing files and brand assets.
