Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Respond to tenant requests, inquiries, and correspondence
• handle move-ins and move-outs and oversee unit turnovers
• maintain organized records of leases, maintenance requests, and tenant communications
• support compliance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations
• drive to properties for maintenance requests, inspections, and urgent matters
• pursue continuing education and process improvements.
