What you'll do

• Provide licensed care according to physician orders and applicable standards
• supervise certified nursing assistants
• take and record vital signs
• provide catheter and respiratory care and IV therapy within license limits
• transcribe physician orders
• administer medications and treatments
• document care and resident responses
• monitor safety
• support admissions, transfers, and discharges.
