Youth Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

What you'll do

• Conduct street- and event-based outreach and provide basic-needs items and emergency referrals
• build rapport using positive youth development, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and harm-reduction approaches
• create digital outreach content
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning
• coordinate youth activities and a Youth Advisory Board
• connect youth to services with case managers
• develop community partnerships
• maintain outreach and service records
• assist with shelter coverage, phones, and crisis calls as needed.
