What you'll do

• Oversee clinic opening and closing, document management, expenses, and supplies
• support caseload and clinical KPIs
• resolve technology, equipment, and facility issues
• audit session notes
• lead monthly team meetings
• coach staff and complete evaluations
• support recruiting and onboarding
• manage staff and client schedules
• coordinate events
• monitor safety protocols and HIPAA compliance.
