What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing checklists and cleaning tasks
• follow company policies
• know menu items and allergens
• handle and store products
• take and enter food orders
• process payments
• run food
• monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests
• report equipment, food-quality, or guest issues
• train employees
• enforce state liquor laws and alcohol awareness
• conduct daily lineups
• adjust staffing based on business volume
• and perform administrative duties including scheduling, inventory, ordering supplies, paperwork, and shift reporting.
