What you'll do

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and legal professionals
• prepare trial exhibits and binders
• organize case files and case lists
• draft pleadings, motions, judicial council forms, and discovery documents
• manage discovery materials and processes
• coordinate with outside counsel
• conduct database research
• file pleadings with courts.
