Regional Process Operator - Biogas to Methanol

The Regional Process Operator - Biogas to Methanol role is full-time and onsite in Bartow, FL, with travel up to 50%. Pay is $30–$40 per hour. M2X Energy converts wasted methane into low-carbon methanol using modular systems. The operator monitors and maintains production systems, supports safe operations and equipment uptime, and serves as the operating facility’s primary contact with external stakeholders. The role also supports engineering development, site acceptance testing, commissioning, data collection, and field deployment of modular biofuel plants.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain biogas-to-methanol systems
• maximize equipment uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• report operating status and issues
• operate industrial systems and handle methanol storage and transfer
• collect and log data
• perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• assist with site acceptance testing and commissioning
• maintain test and maintenance records
• support field equipment installation and removal
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• coordinate vendors
• manage tools and supplies.
