Automotive Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Help customers select vehicles
• build relationships in person, by phone, and through internet leads
• respond to leads and schedule appointments
• present vehicles and conduct test drives
• follow up with prospects and prior customers
• maintain CRM records
• complete sales paperwork
• coordinate with sales management and finance
• deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork
• follow dealership policies and applicable sales laws.
