What you'll do

• Manage strategic customer accounts and end-to-end order fulfillment
• coordinate delivery and proactive customer communication
• resolve complex inquiries and escalations
• determine product availability, pricing, lead times, and shipping requirements
• coordinate customer service requests
• partner with internal teams on supply and delivery issues
• maintain ERP customer data
• support accounts receivable activities
• coordinate samples and documentation
• monitor service metrics
• participate in process improvements
• and mentor and onboard customer service representatives.
