The Machine Operator, Embroidery, 1st Shift works onsite in New Bedford, MA. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with Saturday overtime from 7:00 a.m.–noon as required. The role supports production at Ahead, LLC. The operator runs a 12-head embroidery machine while in training, prepares products and equipment, and checks production quality. The position contributes to meeting production standards and maintaining finished-product quality as the operator trains toward certification.

What you'll do

• Operate one 12-head embroidery machine
• meet production and quality standards
• verify products and components
• prepare products and the machine for production
• remove excess threads, debris, and Pellon
• perform minor machine maintenance
• complete additional assigned duties.
