What you'll do

• Direct and support housekeeping team members
• assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks
• train staff and provide feedback
• inspect guest areas, restrooms, and common areas
• ensure compliance with health and safety rules and proper chemical and equipment use
• manage staffing, breaks, and shift coverage
• report supply needs
• communicate maintenance issues and guest concerns
• assist with cleaning as needed
• respond professionally to guest requests and complaints.
