What you'll do

• Provide peer support and mentorship
• build respectful relationships
• assist with admissions, orientations, and program integration
• explain program expectations and resources
• support coping skills and recovery strategies
• report changes in client condition to clinical staff
• assist with de-escalation and crisis intervention when needed
• facilitate or co-facilitate peer-led groups
• document shift notes and incidents
• monitor client safety
• assist with transportation and off-site appointments as required.
