What you'll do

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, alimony, and equitable distribution matters
• manage cases through intake, pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation, hearings, and trial preparation
• conduct legal research and draft court documents and agreements
• appear in court and participate in mediations and negotiations
• provide client-specific legal guidance and case updates
• collaborate with attorneys and staff
• assist with estate planning matters if applicable.
