What you'll do

• Implement activities according to the monthly calendar and resident needs
• document attendance, participation, and behavior changes
• transport residents to programs and scheduled community trips
• prepare equipment and supplies
• encourage participation
• share observations about resident needs and preferences with supervisors
• coordinate tasks with community volunteers
• welcome new residents
• report incidents and changes in condition
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to call lights promptly when working in resident care areas.
