Vice President of Customer Experience

What you'll do

• Lead customer experience strategy across service, account support, issue resolution, and communications

• coordinate with sales, service, warehouse, and administration teams to resolve issues
• develop service standards, escalation processes, and performance metrics
• support large accounts and complex concerns
• coach customer-facing employees and department leaders
• use feedback and reporting to identify improvements.
