What you'll do

• Lead projects through the development lifecycle from due diligence to permit approval.
• Manage site due diligence, including feasibility assessments and constraint analyses.
• Coordinate land surveys, environmental studies, and geotechnical investigations.
• Navigate regulatory requirements and zoning compliance.
• Manage preliminary and site design activities.
• Build relationships with local regulatory agencies and utility providers.
